Our workplaces, present to us random stressful situations, coupled that with monotony, repetitions, office politics and such initiatives are a breath of fresh air.
Our approach: Is flexible and very organic. The offerings are interactive, dynamic and a lot depends on our interaction with our participants and the discussions/ exchanges decides the direction of the workshop.
Structure of offering: One hour short talks to full day workshops can be conducted. (In our experience for such events/offerings to be more than just a formality, it is always better to spread these over a few days so that some practices have more chances to become a way of life & thereby make some real change in personal wellbeing and work.)
Offerings often involve
- Meditation sessions (for Mind-body harmony)
- Self reflective worksheets / reflective questionnaire
- Introduction of some practices/tools that can be done to improve personal well-being there by one can become more present, mindful, calm, focused and more productive
- Depending on the sharing of the participants, we include short inspirational video clips, some creative (art /mindfulness related) exercises, some visualizations that participants can engage in & then share reflections and learnings
